Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

​

If your Mudcrabs & Cattle Dogs gear arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos showing the fault or damage

​

We'll assess the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

​

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, Mudcrabs & Cattle Dogs will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Items We Can't Accept for Change-of-Mind Returns

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, we may not accept returns where an item has:

• Been worn or washed

• Been damaged after delivery

• Been stained or marked

• Been altered or modified

• Been returned without the original condition or packaging where applicable

If a product is faulty, unsafe, doesn't match its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us so we can assist.
